Return Process

  Contact our support team within 30 days of delivery with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all components, cables, and manuals are included to qualify for a full refund.

  Ship to Warehouse

  Affix the provided shipping label and drop off the package at your nearest authorized carrier location; please retain your tracking number for reference.

  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the condition of the returned hardware, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
